New Staff Development Funds from the State

Dear Colleagues:

Please complete each of the items listed below ( a, b, c, d) and return the completed form to me no later than January 24, 2007 so that I may submit our district confirmation to the State Chancellor's Office by the deadline. Allocations will be made by the Budget Office within the next few days using the same FTE formula as in the past.

Thanks, Sue Carleo
